Lion N Mohan Kumar, pmjf, a graduate from Bangalore University, is a successful entrepreneur and builder by profession, serving as the Managing Director of Akshaya Infrastructure. His passion and love for service brought him to the Lions journey in 2008 as the Charter President. He hails from one of the prestigious clubs of our district, Lions Club of Bangalore Aasare. The club has consistently ranked in the top 10 positions since its inception, has not seen a repeat of leadership, and has won the Best/Excellent Club awards every year. The club has already given 9 Zone Chairpersons and 7 Region Chairpersons to the district. Every year, more than 5 District Chairpersons come from the club. This shows the strength of the leadership ladder nurtured within the club. The club also has a trust, Aasare Lions Service Foundation, under the chairmanship of Lion N. Mohan Kumar. They successfully conduct at least one fund-raising activity and one image-building activity on a mass scale every year.

Lion N. Mohan Kumar has served in the cabinets of almost all the Past District Governors since 2010 in various positions, including Host Committee Chairperson, Mentor, and Advisor for several district conventions, cabinet presentations, and region meets. He has won the Best President and Best Club Awards at the district and multiple levels, as well as Excellent ZC, RC, and DC awards, in addition to receiving 5 International President's Awards. He has been a formidable force for all district administrations throughout his Lions journey. During the year 2021-22, as District GMT Coordinator, he achieved a record growth of around 1936 new members and 34 new clubs for District

317A. In recognition of this achievement, Lions Clubs International rewarded him with the International Presidential Award. He has been instrumental in organizing many large-scale seminars and schooling programs on short notice with great success. The GMTseminars held during 2021-22 set a record for the largest number of participants for an online seminar. Lion N. Mohan Kumar holds a special record of being elected unanimously as 2nd Vice District Governor and as 1st Vice District Governor, both during the same year, 2022. Furthermore, Lion N. Mohan Kumar was elected as District Governor for the year 2024-25 with an overwhelming number of positive votes.

A resident of Laggere, Bangalore, born to Shri Narasimhaiah and Smt. Lakshmamma, he completed his graduation from Bangalore University. During his school and college days, he was an avid sports enthusiast who loved playing cricket, volleyball, and badminton. He also holds a philanthropic position in an educational institution as Secretary at Sri Raghavendra Vidya Mandira. He is a life member of ISKCON. He is happily married to Lion Prema Mohan and is blessed with two adorable children, Ananya Mohan and Rajath Mohan.
